CREOLE | KREYOL | CRIOULO | KRIOL — Produced by the Creole Food Festival & TimeOut Market.
One culture. Many countries. Endless flavor.
Creole cuisine is more than food—it's history, migration, culture, and creativity served on a plate, bringing together influences from West & North Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, South America, Europe, the American South, and Indigenous traditions.
The 8th Annual Creole Food Festival comes back to Brooklyn, directly beneath the Brooklyn Bridge in DUMBO, for a celebration of FOOD • MUSIC • CULTURE • COCKTAILS • COMMUNITY. Celebrated and rising chefs serve up flavors inspired by the Caribbean, Africa, Latin America, South America, and the American South, with tastings, live cooking demonstrations, and culinary surprises.
TimeOut Market's beverage experts and mixologists will pour signature Creole Food Festival cocktails, followed by live performances and DJs representing the Diaspora.
The event is FREE and OPEN to the public. Free admission includes access to the event and entertainment. Food tastings, photobooth, and other perks are reserved for ticket holders — limited food tasting tickets are available.
Schedule: Event 3pm–8pm · Food Service 3pm–6pm · Party 6pm–8pm
