This is a small restaurant. Probably not the best sit down place ambiance but the food is delicious. I’ve had most if not all of the proteins the Mac and cheese and the bread. It’s all good. Not somewhere you should be eating everyday but when you want some good comfort Jamaican food I love it. I’m not Jamaican so I can’t say how authentic it is but man is it good.
Ordered late via a delivery app, did not check their hours and arrived after closing but they were kind enough to let me in and retrieve my order, starting off on the right track!
The food
Jerk Chicken Rasta Pasta - Not usually a fan of Rasta pasta but I had faith in them and my faith was rewarded, this dish was well balanced and beautiful to the eye, nice portions also. 8/10
Jerky Beef Egg-roll - This was the star of the show, they absolutely created an instant classic, my new go to quick bite, these are addictive and I’m ordering this again tomorrow. (I think this is oxtail meat) 10/10
They also have oxtail, salmon, shrimp and chicken, you can get it stir fried, with pasta or over rice I believe.
I am glad they’re in my area.
