I scoped out the menu before going inside to make the ordering process fast and easy. Note: there's no menu inside of the location. There's the QR code to scan from your mobile device.
I entered the building to no one at the front counter. No biggie, right, they're working. An older man comes out from the back and he's walking back & forth looking for something. Never acknowledged me. I said, "Hello." He says, "Oh, hello." And continued his search. The phone rings, he walks over to answer it. Shortly after, a young lady comes from the back and says, "pick-up or placing".
I placed my order for rib tips. She said it would be 15 minutes and to wait in my car. Cool.
Customers are coming, workers are bringing orders out. After about 5 cars and 25 minutes, I go inside to check on my order. The same young lady says, "pick-up or placing". I remind her that I placed an order a few minutes ago and had been waiting outside, so I guess pick-up. She says, "ok".😐 Sooo...it's kind of a standoff because she doesn't give me my order and I'm standing there, I'm sure, looking lost. Then after about a 10-second blank stare, she says, "it's over there"👉🏾 pointing to a table of random orders. Confused, I picked up mine and left.
Customer service here could be improved, to say it nicely. 🙂
Oh! My review of the food...The sauce was ketchup consistency and sweet. The bite that I took of the rib tip was tough. The rest of it is in the trash can at the Popeyes Chicken across the street.
Bad service. Bad food. I won't be back. The end.
