They are the only Trinidadian restaurant in the state and I can honestly say, I’ve never been disappointed with a meal. Like, ever! If you’re looking for a meal to try, may I suggest the Carnival Shrimp that comes in a hollowed out pineapple on a bed of fried rice?!
