I have been eating this family owed Senegalese cuisine for at least 20 years & I love it! My favorite dish is their signature joloff rice with blue fish Tiebou Jeun served with carrot, cabbage & cassava. My 2nd favorite dish is the Shrimp Okra dish. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!
