This place definitely lives up to the hype as one of the Best New Restaurants in the world in 2021. Even as a vegetarian, I found the dishes extremely flavorful, balanced and hearty. This is often not the case where most restaurants give you a bland, flavorless salad or grilled vegetables and call it a meal. It takes a bit of finagling to get a reservation but if your schedule is flexible and you can eat during “off meal” hours during the week, you might snag a walk-in seat. It’s more than worth it. It’s truly a neighborhood restaurant filled with locals and visitors alike. Love this place!
