Food was great! Love that everything comes from local farms and businesses. We got the chicken and waffles and the reuben sandwich. The beef was cooked beautifully and very flavorful. Chicken was seasoned very good and had a hint of honey to it, nice balance of sweet and savory. We came in without reservation on a Saturday, so our wait for food was long.
Serving delicious food in a soulful innovative way. Hoppin John Fritters, black-eyed pea Fritters with a chessy center and Popcorn Cauliflower with shaved black truffles.
The restaurant’s ambience was great and the music choice was bumping as well. The Mimosa flight was my favorite thing I got off of the menu. They had over 7 flavor options! I also got the Cajun chicken pasta, which was not very flavorful.
