  Very, very local establishment, not ready for prime time

  There was a promise in the air of enjoying great tasting BBQ meal. Instead the line employee recommended the whiting fish. Here, the 2x2 piece of bread is known as cornbread but there was not a hint of cornmeal in the “cornbread “, more like a sponge cake. The baked beans , a side dish too, tasted as if only mustard was added to a local store brand of canned baked beans. The collard greens, marginally acceptable. Although the eatery had ample seating, the lone employee bagged my order without asking me whether or not I wanted to eat in or take out. Beverages were not seen on sight nor offered to accompany the meal. IF I were to revisit and this is doubtful, I would risk sampling a BBQ meal. Otherwise, I would stay away.
