  Lunch at the ridley

  I enjoyed the hot buttery moist cornbread, the creamy Grits and the lump crabcakes. I will definitely return to try brunch. Update review: this past weekend I had brunch with my friends at The Ridley, the wait was about 45 minutes, not because it was crowded, but they only had 2 servers to wait on tables and we were a party of 5. The waitress had a negative vibe and my friends picked up on it and was not happy with her attitude. Because I was the one that suggested this place, I pulled her to the side and gently spoke to her about it, told her to smile and get it together. At the end of our stay, her genuinely lighten up and laughing along with us. Everyone enjoyed their meal. My only complaint was the cinnamon rolls, they need a new recipe because there were overbaked and hard, not soft and fluffy.
