Great breakfast spot.

I've visited The Modern Tea Room twice and both times my visit was great. Staff is great and the Avocado Toast is delicious. This place is a must visit.

Absolute best vegan options

This is my favorite place to eat and get some lovely teas. The owners and all the employees make me feel like family. I crave something from The Modern Tea Room every day and I just can’t get enough.
