The servers are all very friendly and upbeat. They know how the food is made and are well-versed in descriptions and comparisons. Mellow R&B plays in the background but does not overshadow conversation. I have enjoyed every meal here, from blackened salmon and risotto to brisket to crab cakes. The sweet potato mash is cubed sweet potatoes with just perfect seasonings. Not over the top with marshmallow or sweetness; still earthy with cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and love. This is my favorite restaurant in my city.
